Dress Code Web Credits and Returns

Store credits and returns are processed within 5-7 calendar days after they are received. Once your return has been processed you will be automatically notified by email. If you are receiving a store credit it will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card sent to the email address you placed your order with. Returns postmarked after 10 calendar days from the original ship date will only receive a store credit for the price listed on the day the return is received. Shipping expenses are only credited in the event an item is damaged, defective, lost, or due in part to an error by our staff. Sale items may only be returned for store credit.

Dress Code Web Exchanges

Exchanges are sent immediately upon receipt of your returned item(s). Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you once your exchange has been processed and shipped. In the event the item(s) you've exchanged for is out of stock, a full refund will be issued if it was postmarked within 10 calendar days of the original order's ship date, otherwise, a full store credit will be issued for what was returned.

Dress Code Web Refunds

For an item to be eligible for a refund it must have all tags and labels attached, no excessive signs of wear and postmarked within 10 calendar days of the original ship date if it is a domestic order, and 21 days if it is an international order. Items postmarked after these times will only be issued refunds in the form of store credits.
